Free Assisted Living or Memory Care Senior Placement Referrals
As a locally owned business, we are familiar with all of the facilities in the area and can locate the best accommodations and options for you to make an informed choice. We take into consideration your preferred location, care and cost and help you find a place to call home.
Assisted Living Placement Referrals
Assisted Living communities are designed for residents who value their independence but could still use a hand with everyday activities. Care staff are available to help with bathing, dressing, medications and some healthcare tasks. Residents in Assisted Living have the benefit of a licensed nurse to oversee services.
Memory Care Placement Referrals.
Memory Care communities (also known as Alzheimer’s Care or Dementia Care) have specially trained staff that work with residents to optimize their quality of life by providing appropriate activities, interactions and care. Communities are secure and care is usually provided until end-of-life.
Adult Care Home placement referrals.
Adult Care Homes are licensed, single family residences that offer 24-hour care for up to five adult residents in a homelike setting. The homes are in residential neighborhoods. An Adult Care Home offers individualized care while supporting and honoring a resident’s independence, cultural needs, preferences, and choices. Each home has one operator who may employ additional caregivers.
Independent Senior Living placement referrals.
Independent Living communities offer residents the freedom to live their lives as they see fit. Some places offer meals, housekeeping and activities. Healthcare staff are not onsite. Independent Living is meant to decrease isolation, downsize living space and combine the familiar comforts of home while providing excitement of new experiences.
Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) is a temporary in-patient facility for post-surgical rehabilitation, wound care, cognitive and pain management, and general practitioner services. They provide intensive physical therapy, occupational therapy and other services to optimize functioning. Skilled Nursing Facilities usually provide a short-term stay after hospitalization.
Continuing Care Retirement placement referrals.
A continuing care retirement community, also known as a CCRC, provides an independent apartment, cottage or house while also having access a full range of personalized assistance, and health care options available that meet your preferences and needs. A CCRC, will have excellent services and amenities, and plenty of opportunities to socialize. In addition to monthly fees, there is usually a large upfront buy-in and certain criteria that is required.
